Practice Nest Studio
Privacy Policy
Practice Nest Studio respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this site, purchase or use our digital products, or join our email list, and how we use, share, and protect that information. By using the site or buying our products, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Who we are
Practice Nest Studio is a digital product studio that creates browser-based tools and downloadable resources for chiropractic, wellness, and small healthcare-adjacent practices. We operate from the United States and serve customers in the United States. The business is operated by its founder, Dr. Aanchal.
2. Scope of this policy
This policy covers information we collect when you browse the site, subscribe to our email list, download a free resource, purchase a product, or contact us by email.
It does not cover the internal data you or your patients enter into our tools after purchase. That is described in Section 3 under "Information you enter into our tools." It also does not cover third-party websites we link to, which have their own privacy policies.
3. Information we collect
Information you provide to us
- Contact information such as your name and email address when you subscribe, download a free resource, or reach out.
- Purchase information when you buy a product. Your payment is processed by our sales platform, Payhip or Lemon Squeezy, and their payment processors such as Stripe and PayPal. We receive confirmation of your purchase and your billing email and name. We do not receive or store your full credit card number.
- Communications you send us, such as the content of emails or support requests.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, we and our service providers may automatically collect your IP address and general location, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the site that referred you. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies described in Section 5.
Information from third parties
We may receive limited information from the platforms we use to run the business, such as Payhip or Lemon Squeezy, which provide purchase and order information, and Klaviyo, our email platform, which provides email engagement information such as opens and clicks.
Information you enter into our tools
Our products, including The Bump Board and The Meric Board, are browser-based tools. Any information you or your team enter into them, including patient names, dates, symptoms, and notes, is stored locally in your own web browser on your own device.
4. How we use your information
- Deliver the products you purchase and provide access to downloads
- Send you the emails and resources you signed up for
- Respond to your questions and provide customer support
- Operate, maintain, and improve the site and our products
- Send marketing emails about new products, updates, and offers, where you have opted in
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues
- Comply with our legal obligations
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, understand how the site is used, and measure the performance of our emails. Cookies are small files stored on your device, and you can control or disable them through your browser settings. If you disable cookies, some parts of the site may not work as intended.
Cookies on the site may be set by the platforms we use, including Klaviyo, Payhip, Lemon Squeezy, and Cloudflare. If we add website analytics or advertising tools later, we will update this policy to name them.
6. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only in these limited situations:
- With service providers who help us run the business, such as Payhip and Lemon Squeezy for sales and checkout, Klaviyo for email, and Cloudflare for hosting and security. They may only use your information to perform services for us.
- For legal reasons, if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
- In a business transfer, if Practice Nest Studio is sold, merged, or transfers assets.
- With your consent, when you ask us to share your information.
We may add, change, or replace the service providers and platforms we use over time, including the platform we use to sell our products. The providers named here are our current providers as of the effective date above. When a provider changes, its role stays the same, to help us operate the business and deliver what you purchased.
7. Affiliate program
Practice Nest Studio runs an affiliate program. Affiliates are independent partners who promote our products using a unique referral link, so that practitioners who recommend our tools can earn a commission.
When you click an affiliate's referral link, a cookie may be placed on your device that records which affiliate referred you, so the affiliate receives credit if you make a purchase. The cookie identifies the referral source, not you personally. Affiliates do not receive your personal information through this program. They may see limited, non-identifying confirmation that a referral led to a sale, along with their own commission totals. Affiliates are independent third parties, responsible for their own privacy practices and disclosures.
8. Email communications
When you join our email list, you are opting in to receive marketing emails from Practice Nest Studio. Every marketing email includes a clear way to unsubscribe and our physical mailing address, as required by United States anti-spam law. You can opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, and we will honor your request promptly. We may still send you non-marketing messages related to a purchase, such as your order confirmation and download access.
9. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our products and services, maintain your purchase history, comply with our legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. If you unsubscribe, we may retain a record of your email address to honor your opt-out and avoid emailing you again.
10. How we protect your information
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, including using reputable third-party platforms that maintain their own security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your own devices, accounts, and any data stored in our tools secure on your end.
11. Your privacy choices and rights
All users
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email, and you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us at the address in Section 16.

As stated in Section 6, we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Depending on your state of residence, including Texas, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Oregon, and others, you may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal information, and certain profiling.

12. Children's privacy
The site and our products are intended for practice owners and professional use. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Third-party links
